Cochrane Colloquia aim to break-even and we will not accept sponsoring from companies with a "conflict of interest", therefore we rely on the generous support of government and public institutions as welll as publishers and non-profits insurance companies in order to ensure the success of our colloquia.

In the case that we receive more sponsoring than necessary to break even on costs, we pool the money for future years to provide stipendiums and support the work of Cochrane.
