Project Transform is the first Cochrane Game Changer initiative. The starting point for Project Transform is the assertion that our global network of contributors is our greatest asset. By better mobilising these networks with appropriate use of technology, we can maximise our value and sustainability in a changing external environment.
Over the next three years the project will work with the wider Cochrane community to improve the way people, processes, and technologies come together to produce Cochrane content. The project will address four key challenges: finding relevant research in a timely and reliable way; developing pathways for potential new contributors; increasing the efficiency of working collaboratively; and ensuring our content is relevant and up to date.
We expect the project to deliver significant benefits, but it is only with the involvement of the broader Cochrane community that the opportunities presented by this work will be fully realised.
