We have the support of a professional conference agency (Austropa Interconvention) who have reserved a contigent of rooms in multiple nearby hotels in all price classes.
You will be able to book rooms in these hotels at the same time as you complete the registration through the Austropa interface. Staff from Austropa will be managing the entire registration process at the Congress Center and will be available for you onsite in Vienna if you have any problems or concerns.
You can already view the Austropa Interconvention Hotel Booking page with detailed descriptions of all the Colloquium hotels. In addition, you will be able to book and pay for extra social acitvities and tickets for evening events and tours at the time of registration.
Two of the hotels are within 5 mintes walking distance to the entrance of the venue:
- Austria Trend Hotel Messe Wien
- Motel One Prater
Three hotels are located 10-15 minutes walking distance to the entrance of the venue:
- Courtyard by Marriott Messe Wien
- Suite Novotel Wien Messe
- Ibis Wien Messe
Other hotels are located centrally or close to the U2 or U1 underground lines.
